| INDIVIDUAL THERAPY |
|
|
In individual therapy, our focus is to resolve the issues that bring clients to therapy and help them establish or re-establish their lives in recovery. Individual therapy at The Institute for Essential Change (IEC) encourages clients to look at their addictive behaviors and explore their fears within a safe, one-on-one therapeutic relationship. In addition, individual therapy offers patients an opportunity to work with one of our certified sex addiction therapists (CSAT’s) in developing an individual plan for accountability and boundaries within their recovery.
